February 22, 2020 @ 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Steve Doublestein & Darienne Oaks, AKA Off Shore Breeze
February 22; 3-4pm

Friends Steve & Darienne perform as a duo called Off Shore Breeze, & invite you to An Afternoon of Music.

Darienne, Steve, & their guests support 4Ocean, an organization focused on cleaning the ocean & coastlines while working to stop the inflow of plastic by changing consumption habits.

Since 2017 4Ocean has removed over 4 million tons of plastic from the ocean & 2,407 of those pounds were from Florida alone.

Their mission is funded primarily by 4Ocean product purchases. That’s where we come in.

Your ticket purchases a 4Ocean bracelet of your choice, a sticker for your car, & light refreshments after the concert. Steve & Darienne explain, “We believe business can be a force for good, & hope their model encourages others to pursue creative solutions to this global crisis.

Tickets are $20 cash only & can be purchased at the Nokomis Monday Beach Strum on January 27 or February 10. Any remaining available seating will be sold at the door.

Alternatively, you may write a message on their MeetUp Event Page, or directly to Darienne on MeetUp  (& click on Message), to arrange to purchase & pick up a ticket. Seating is limited & there will be no reserved seating.

All proceeds go to 4Ocean! Darienne & Steve are not making any money on the concert (neither is The Ukulele Place at The Rhythm Inlet), & refreshments are on them.

What we want to do is support the 4Ocean business model to encourage other creative, profitable businesses to address climate change & sustainability for oceans & coastlines. Since our band is called “Off Shore Breeze” we thought this was a good match. ~ Darienne & Steve

Light refreshments will be served after the show.
